Report on French Role
in Israeli Nuclear Project

This document is a telegram about a recent visitor to Israel who had “urgent and secret information” about Israel's nuclear program. This document does not reveal that information but does discuss the role France was playing in helping Israel by supplying uranium. The information is also notable because it shows how early Israel had begun developing a nuclear capability.
