NR. 5687 L e a W A R T H , born on 17/3/26 You must therefore report on Wednesday, 12.8.1942 by 12:00 oclock to the assembly camp M e c h e l n Dossin-barracks, Lierschesteenweeg. You should depart early to ensure your arrival at the designated time. The following articles should be brought along with you: 1) Nourishment for 14 days
(only non-perishable foods such as legumes,
barley, oats, flour, canned food, etc.) In all other matters, you must follow unconditionally the instructions of the representatives of the Association of the Jews in Belgium. It is explicitly forbidden to lodge a complaint against this order with any German or Belgian authority or individual. Possible objections can be presented at the assembly camp. If you fail to report to the assembly camp at the prescribed time, this will result in your capture and deportation to a concentration camp in Germany and the confiscation of all your assets.
