The Hasag Panzerfaust Factory and Concentration Camp

(April 28, 1945)

This is a report from U.S. military intelligence about slave labor, mostly Jews, sent from Buchenwald to build a factory for the Hasag (Hugo Schneider Aktiengesellschaft Metalwarenfabrik) firm from Leipzig. The purpose of the factory was to produce Panzerfausts, which were a German type of bazooka.
